A Samuel Alcock & Co of Burslem Staffordshire model of a Saluki or Persian Greyhound , sitting on a yellow ground rocky base , Circa: 1840.
In the under side of the base is an Impressed number ‘311.’
Samuel Alcock ‘s Hill Pottery Factory was situated in Liverpool Road Burslem Staffordshire, which he occupied from 1828 to 1859.
