A spill vase with ring handles held in the beaks of gargoyles, hand decorated with bands of gold and a perfusion of flowers with a typical pink rose by one of the most famous flower painters on porcelain, William Billingsley (1758-1828}.
Circa: 1815-25.
Condition: small part of one ring handle replaced and some gilding touched in.
Size: 11.5 cm high, 9.5 cm across the top rim.
